In business (and life) we all inevitability end up comparing ourselves to others at one time or another. When your focus is on being better, the standard is set by them. You will constantly be in a cycle of letting what someone else does dictate your next move to outdo it. When you cultivate your signature edge instead, the standard is set within. Your inspirations, vision, and creativity dictate your next move to evolve the lane you were designed to be in. BIG difference.
